    The resourse allows you to find information about clinical trials, Cochrane reviews, non-Crane systematic reviews, methodological research, technological and economic evaluations on specific topic or disease.

    The resource contains the following databases:

    •  Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (impact factor = 6, 754) (full texts)
    •  Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (bibliographic database)
    •  Cochrane Clinical Answers (clinical question, short answer and opportunity to delve into the data of relevant clinical reviews).

    Cochrane Library databases provide information and proof to support desisions in medicine and other field of healthcare and inform those receiving help.

  • Wiley online library

    The Wiley Online Library has the richest collection of online documentation resources for a variety of disciplines. It provides easy, integrated access to the results of over two hundred years of research.
    Our subscription includes 399 journals in medical and related specialties (anesthesology, emergency medicine, gynecology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, physiology, psychiatry, etc.).

    To access the resource you need to follow several steps:
    • register a profile on the Wiley Online Library site;
    • log in from network of your university, then you get remote access from any device for 60 days;
    • to extend remote access you need to log in from network of your university again.

  • Lan and Novoye Znaniye

    From January 1, 2023, a subscription to books on medicine from the Belarusian publishing house "Novoye Znaniye" ("New Knowledge") is open.

    As a member of the consortium of the Network Electronic Library, access to books from 26 Russian, 2 Belarusian medical universities and 371 branch electronic libraries is also open. At present, the single fund of the consortium has about 57,500 titles of educational and scientific literature.

    Register and get access to up-to-date sources of information on medicine, social sciences and humanities and other branches of knowledge.

    Electronic Library System "Konsultant studenta"(«Student Сonsultant») provides full-text access to modern educational literature for medical and pharmaceutical education.

    Student Consultant contains:

  • PubMed

    PubMed is a free search engine accessing primarily the MEDLINE database of references and abstracts on life sciences and biomedical topics. The United States National Library of Medicine (NLM) at the National Institutes of Health maintain the database as part of the Entrez system of information retrieval. 

  • PubChem

    PubChem is a database of chemical molecules and their activities against biological assays. The system is maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), a component of the National Library of Medicine.

  • Medical-journals.com

    By registering on the site, you get a systematic catalog of medical journals from all over the world, including English ones. At the same time, the creators of the portal stipulate that the permission for paid or free access to a particular journal depends only on the publishers of the journal. Without registration, the resource offers to get acquainted with free resources.

  • Medscape

    Medscape is a website providing access to medical information for clinicians; the organization also provides continuing education for physicians and health professionals. It references medical journal articles, Continuing Medical Education (CME), a version of the National Library of Medicine's MEDLINE database, medical news, and drug information (Medscape Drug Reference, or MDR).

  • PLOS One

    PLOS One is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal published by the Public Library of Science (PLOS) since 2006. The journal covers primary research from any discipline within science and medicine.

  • National Library of Medicine

    A comprehensive and useful resource that offers a variety of medical information and various options for finding and integrating information. The main and most useful databases and search engines are listed on the main page, and a separate field contains useful links to basic, additional, developing literature and full versions of scientific texts that are freely available.

  • MeSH

    MeSH is a comprehensive controlled vocabulary for the purpose of indexing journal articles and books in the life sciences. It serves as a thesaurus that facilitates searching. Created and updated by the United States National Library of Medicine (NLM), it is used by the MEDLINE/PubMed article database and by NLM's catalog of book holdings. MeSH is also used by ClinicalTrials.gov registry to classify which diseases are studied by trials registered in ClinicalTrials.

    BioMed Central is the publisher of 220 peer-reviewed journals in medicine, technology, and natural sciences that are freely available on the Internet. The portfolio of journals covers all areas of biology and medicine, and includes a wide range of subject titles.

    MedicineNET is a popular science resource, online health media and a publishing company. The resource provides authoritative medical information. This online source contains reliable medical information, a lot of visual materials, presentations, etc.

  • Labome

    Labome is a highly specialized search site dedicated to laboratory research.

  • Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research

    The site has a catalog of medical journals, publications, atlases and other useful materials on medicine.

    CORE is a service provided by the Knowledge Media Institute based at The Open University, United Kingdom.
